About
our Academy

Since 1997

The Francis Poulenc Academy strives to transmit all the skills involved in the interpretation of French Mélodie by addressing both musical and literary aspects. It is also a place for disseminating this subtle art through its concerts, creations and the interpretation of contemporary mélodies.

At the heart of our Francis Poulenc Academy, a bastion of musical excellence, students are immersed in a stimulating learning environment, shaping their virtuosity and refining their understanding of the nuances of French Mélodie.

The summer program of the Francis Poulenc Academy, created more than 26 years ago, has become a real reference in the very specific field of the interpretation of French mélodie. It offers professional and up-and-coming young artists, from France and abroad, a unique internship in its form and content.
